TUNASET Customs Consultancy and Global Logistics Limited Company carries out Foreign Trade, Customs Clearance, Transport, Consultancy and Management and Administrative Organization Activities in connection with these Services within the scope of Customs Consultancy and Local/Global Logistics Activities in Pendik Head Office, and the national services of its Customers and other Stakeholders. In order to respond to the needs and expectations at the highest level within the framework of international legislation and international legislation, this Policy has been adopted to be implemented in the Head Office and affiliated offices, warehouses, etc. facilities, with the decisions of the Senior Management.


For this reason, our goals in accordance with the (KYS) Quality Management System and (GDP) Good Distribution Practices Management, which we have established and aim to develop in accordance with the ISO 9001;2015 Standard, are as follows;


To determine the Threats, Risks and Opportunities by analyzing the Strengths and Weaknesses of our company, to make the correct internal and external structure evaluations by taking into account the Political, Economic, Social and Technological factors, to determine our resources correctly and to ensure that they are used efficiently,

Defining our steps and improving our performances with the principle that we cannot measure if we do not know, we cannot manage if we do not measure,

To take the necessary measures to ensure business continuity due to the necessity of providing the service to the Customer on time, as well as the service quality,

To ensure this development, to place Customer Satisfaction, Quality Management and Continuous Improvement at the center of our company, to ensure the improvement of our processes by ensuring the participation of all our stakeholders and employees,

To accurately identify and announce the duties, authorities and responsibilities of our employees in the processes, to increase their awareness through training, meetings and similar activities in order to keep their Quality Assurance awareness high,

To take necessary measures to give importance to ethical values and to prevent conflicts of interest as much as legal regulations,

To establish and maintain systems integrated with other Management Systems.

While all these studies are being carried out, it is aimed to continuously improve our system in accordance with the Directive on Good Distribution Practices of Medical Products dated 05.11.2013 and numbered 2013/C-343/01.

This Policy is reviewed and updated by the Senior Management once a year, except for the requirements that may arise.
